Routines and Bedtime

We all do better with routines; the earlier we introduce it to babies it’s easier to do. Choose a ritual that works for you and start implementing it now. Choose wisely so anyone can follow what you do. Some like to read before bed and some like a bath or a combination of the two. You determine what fits in to your family. You may have your own family rituals you do now. Whatever you choose to do, should be the routine for the next several years.
